Kaldryn is built by a compact senior team inside Kaldryn Industries AB in Sweden, engineers and consultants who have spent their careers inside the IT estates of regulated organisations.

Founder & CEO
Markus Lykonhold is a Swedish entrepreneur and software engineer. He is the founder and CEO of Kaldryn, a Stockholm-based artificial intelligence company that helps businesses run and manage their own AI systems. He founded Kaldryn in 2021 after a career in software consulting.
Sergey Zhitikhin
VP of Operations
Runs the machinery that turns an order into a live appliance: hardware supply, manufacturing partners, logistics and support. Owns the promise that a Kaldryn One arrives, gets racked and is answering questions inside ten minutes.
Ashton Papaioannou
VP of Compliance & Regulations
Owns the regulatory map Kaldryn ships against: the EU AI Act kits, the GDPR erasure tooling and the sector overlays for healthcare, finance and the public sector. When a regulator moves, the compliance kits in the box move the same quarter.
Peter Samuelsson
CFO
Runs the numbers behind an appliance business: hardware margins, deployment economics and pricing a customer can put in a budget instead of guessing per token. Keeps the company as auditable as the product it ships.

Designs the stack that lets a locker-sized box behave like a platform: model serving, document pipelines and updates that keep working air-gapped. Draws the line every feature has to respect, nothing phones home.

Owns the security architecture behind every deployment: the sealed perimeter, the signed update channel and the isolation guarantees that keep a Kaldryn One sealed in practice, not just on paper.
